What’s the difference between the 90-Day Reset and the Momentum Program?
The 90-Day Reset gets you back into fat-burning mode and builds your foundation. The Momentum Program builds on that – focusing on muscle growth, routines, and long-term stability.
Do I need to complete the 90-Day Reset before starting Momentum?
Recommended: yes.
The Momentum Program builds on the progress made during the Reset – but if you already have a solid fitness level, you can start directly.
How does the Momentum Program work?
You’ll work over 6 to 9 months with a clear plan, monthly focus areas (training, nutrition, mindset), and regular check-ins.
Everything is digital or hybrid – designed to fit your lifestyle.
How much time do I need to invest per week?
On average, 3 to 4 training sessions per week of 45–60 minutes each.
In addition, short weekly reflections and check-ins – efficient and manageable even for busy professionals.
What happens if I miss a training week?
No problem. The Momentum Program is designed to be flexible. You’ll learn how to integrate breaks, recover from setbacks, and quickly get back into your flow.
Is there personal coaching, or is everything automated?
