What’s the difference between the 90-Day Reset and the Momentum Program?

The 90-Day Reset gets you back into fat-burning mode and builds your foundation. The Momentum Program builds on that – focusing on muscle growth, routines, and long-term stability.

The Momentum Program builds on the progress made during the Reset – but if you already have a solid fitness level, you can start directly.
