Who is Legacy for?
Legacy is ideal for clients who’ve completed Shape Well 90™ and/or Momentum™ – and want to keep working with me consistently, integrating coaching as a part of their lifestyle.
How does the training work?
You’ll train individually or with me – online or on-site. The program is tailored to your life and goals. Frequency and intensity are flexible and adjusted to what works for you.
How much time do I need to invest?
That depends on you – some clients train 1–2x per week, others follow a more intensive rhythm. What matters most is staying consistent with a schedule that fits your life.
Will I get personal coaching?
Yes – you’ll get 1:1 coaching, regular check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments when needed. I’m also available between sessions via WhatsApp for fast support or questions.
Can I combine Legacy with Momentum?
Legacy is the next step after Momentum, so there’s no need to do both. But if you want to continue certain Momentum elements, I’ll integrate them into your personal plan.
