Shape Well 90™ resets your metabolism, helps you drop weight, and feel energized again. Momentum builds on that: focused on strength, routines, mental resilience, and long-term stability.

Recommended, but not required. If you’re already at a solid fitness level and ready to build long-term structure, you can start with Shape Well Momentum™ directly.

Over 9 months, we follow a structured plan with monthly focus areas (like recovery, sleep, strength, or mindset), progressive training and nutrition, and ongoing check-ins — fully remote or hybrid, tailored to your schedule.

Expect 3–4 sessions per week, around 45–60 minutes each. You’ll also do short reflections or check-ins — efficient and easy to integrate, even with a busy work life.

No stress. The program is built for real life. You’ll learn how to bounce back from setbacks, build in recovery when needed, and get back into flow — no starting from scratch required.

You get direct support from me — with personalized feedback via voice or video messages. Plus, you’ll join the Shape Well community for added accountability and real motivation.
